Meet your Coach and Guide:
Hi, I’m Lisa Cohen—and I’m an EXPERT at settling.
Even though I have more than 20 years of personal expertise in life transitions and career change, and many years of experience in supporting others in their dream pursuits…
I also have plenty of experience in settling in areas of life in the past that I’ve regretted.
Because I lived that way for years, both before and after my MS diagnosis.
I know what it feels like to settle in life and watch each day pass, wondering whether I wouldn’t have future opportunities for the life I secretly hoped for…
I also know how it feels to sacrifice parts of my life for the sake of career or other goals because I thought I didn’t “get” to have both the goal and a fully enjoyable life.
I remember justifying the settling by thinking I was fortunate to still be able to achieve at all, so I should just suck it up and try to quiet the gnawing longing for something more and feelings that I was missing out.
I’ve had my share of regrets and “shoulda/coulda/wouldas” before, so I know how painful and lousy those feel.
BUT..Most important, I know how GREAT it feels to finally STOP settling and start showing up in life in ways that I love because I committed to figuring out how to give myself that gift even while living with MS.
In my own journey, I learned that to show up in life in ways that you love, you first have to step into that version of yourself that will ALLOW you to do that.
After much research, investing in coaching for myself, a ton of self-reflection, and lots of getting it wrong, I found the mindset makeovers and real-world action steps that worked to get me to that next version of myself.
Now, as a certified life coach, I’m committed to helping you do the same, so you can experience the joy and relief that come with:
- Being able to smile about your life now, and
- Knowing you’re creating a life you can look back on with satisfaction in the future
What I Do
I specialize in helping you show up in more of the ways you’d love to in life so you can attract and create more of the delicious and satisfying life experiences you’d love to have.
How I Do It
My signature R.E.D. framework helps you feel more confident and comfortable being seen so you can stop settling and show up in more of the ways you’d love to in life.
This is not “woo-woo” or generic stuff that you can find everywhere on the Internet. I developed this framework with a system of real-world action steps based on what finally helped me to achieve my own transformation.
Group coaching and private 1-on-1 options are available to suit your coaching preference.
What Makes Me Different
I believe that women living with chronic conditions already and still have the power to captivate, fascinate, magnetize, enthrall, ignite passion, and wrap the world around their finger if they want. They just might need some help to recognize, unlock, and activate that power.
I also provide an alternative to the “usual” support resources that are around. If you haven’t left other support options feeling empowered or simply feel like they haven’t been a “fit” for you, then we might be a match.
Ask Yourself These Questions:
- Do you want to live a more intentional and enjoyable life that explores and embraces your full potential?
- Do you want to feel more confident all-around?
- Do you want to finally start creating those life experiences you’ve been dreaming about?
If you answered “YES” to any of these questions and would love to improve on any of these areas, then I invite you to work with me.
